He has a rich and varied experience in various Companies and has major contributions in brands like - (Kitchenware – Prestige, Tata Tea, Tata Agni, TVS Star, TVS Apache, TVS XL Super, Lenovo Thinkpads, Lenovo Ideapads and Café Coffee Day.

Mr. Ramakrishnan has also spent two years in trying to set up a web enabled services business targeted at expatriate Indians for their service needs in India. This venture was funded by TTK ( a $600 mill business house in India)

His key areas of interest are :

a) Consumer insight mining and resultant Innovation
b) Business Analytics

His Strength lies in connecting with customers in identifying their current latent needs and dissatisfactions with current products/ services that have served as significant inputs to product/ package development.

Apart from work, he take keen interests in Sports and Music and also teaches regularly in B-schools.

Mr. Rajendra Ghag

With more than two and half decades of rich work experience mostly in large Indian and Multinational companies, Mr. Ghag joined HDFC Standard Life in September 2009 and has been spearheading the Human Resource function since then. He has previously worked with DHL Express, as Head of HR for India, and Senior Advisor - Quality and Processes (First Choice Programme) for South Asia.

Rajendra was one of the important members of the board and has travelled extensively across the globe as trainer as well as participant of various management conferences. He brings with him huge perspective not only in HR domain but also in the overall business management area due to his six sigma and process management expertise. He is also a certified Change Management trainer and considers People Engagement as his forte.

Mr. Girish Wardadkar

Mr. Wardadkar holds a Six Sigma green belt, is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Operations Management & Advanced Financial Management. He has two decades of professional experience in IT, diagnostic medical imaging, BPO and general management.

Having worked with one of the largest American technology firms, Girish has 26 more than years worth of experience in Program Management and Business Leadership as well as experience in Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Engineering and Operating Global Programs.

Girish’s roles prior to joining KPIT Cummins include - vice-president of GE Capital International Services (GECIS) in Hyderabad, Managing Director of GE Medical X-Ray Systems (SA) Ltd and leading manufacturing and engineering activities for global supply. He started his career with Wipro InfoTech Ltd as a Marketing Executive in 1983. As part of the project team at Wipro Corporate he was a key contributor in establishing the joint venture between Wipro and GE Medical systems (GEMS).

Born and brought up in Chandigarh, Mr. Khosla’s early days in the marketing and sales field began at Escorts.. There’s been no looking back since then, A stint with Hero Motors, where he worked on conceptualizing and engineering Hero Puch Shakti, a move to Kinetic Engineering Ltd where he launched Nova, Zing among others.

He joined Piaggio four years ago, as a 375 crore company. Today, it stands apart as a Rs 2,000 crore company with over 57 per cent market share in the cargo vehicle section.

Some of his major initiatives, like introduction of direct marketing for better reach of Piaggio and to ensure quality checks by putting up a training initiative “Ape-Eklavya”, has provided company an undisputed edge in the market place. He was also instrumental in convincing company, to have focus on brand building. As a leader, he believes in empowering his people to make their own decisions. The key to success, he shares, is in setting long term and short term goals and ensuring that you stick to them.

He was with ITC Ltd, an Indian Conglomerate, for ten years and subsequently with Pittsburgh, USA headquartered Kennametal Inc. for the last seven years. He has significant experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and in leading teams through change and organizational transformation.
