Ms. Pranali Save

Director – Human Resources - SunGard Technology Services

Ms. Save has over 16 years rich and varied experience across the HR functional arena, primarily in the Information Technology sector

She is responsible for International HR Operations for the SunGard development centers across India, China and Tunisia. In this role, her primarily responsibilities are integration of HR practices across centers, and deployment of global HR projects.

SunGard is a $5bn software giant, developing software products in space of financial services, higher education, public services & availability services.

Prior to this, Ms. Save has held leadership positions in various organizations such as Geometric Global, eGain Communications, Godrej Soaps, and Thermax Ltd.

She holds a Masters in Management from Welingkar Institute, and a Bachelors in Statistics from Mumbai University.

Ms. Save loves traveling and is keenly interested in the area of cross culture working.

Mr. Rajneesh Singh


Group Head HR – Network 18

With around 22 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources, Mr. Singh has varied experience spanning the Consulting, Manufacturing, Telecom, Hospitality & the FMCG industries.

He has had stints with firms like Hindalco, Eicher Motors, Oberoi Hotels, Vodafone & Gillette. His capabilities lie in core HR with focus on culture building, team building, and learning and employee engagement. In his last assignment with Gillette, he was in a regional role handling talent acquisition for the AMEE Asia regions.

At Network18 he has been instrumental in facilitating the organization become a Great Place to Work in Media industry for 2 years consecutively (2008, 2009).

He is one of the two Vice Presidents of the Delhi Chapter of National HRD Network and is an active member on the Human Capital Committee of Delhi Management Association. He is also a Mentor at the School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Gurgaon.

He is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XISS, Ranchi.







Mr. K Sanjay Rao

Mr. Rao is associated with Asia Motor works Ltd in the capacity of Vice President Corporate HR since 2006 and reports to the CEO. He is a qualified professional with about 18 years of rich experience in Human Resource Management and Development, encompassing Strategic HR, Organization Design & Change, Human Resource Planning, Processes & Systems, Staffing, Industrial Relations and Organizational Capability Building in Manufacturing and corporate setup.

A keen communicator with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels in the organization. Mr. Rao was been a key leadership member in creating a world class young generation automobile company. .

Mr. Rao is a seasoned HR professional with diversified experience in Human Resources. He has worked with various companies like Reliance Industries, Tata Finance & HLL in aspects of Industrial relations and HR with a very strong hold on HR systems and Processes. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies, training and HR interventions.

Mr. Debashis Mitra

Director of Marketing and Sales - Mercedes-Benz India

Since January 2009, Mr. Debashis Mitra is the Director of Marketing and Sales at Mercedes-Benz India and a member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz India. He joined the company in April 2008 as General Manager responsible for Network Development.

Mr. Mitra possesses over 17 years of rich and extensive experience in areas related to Strategic Planning, Marketing, Network Management, Business Development and Sales. Prior to his engagement with Mercedes-Benz India, he had worked with auto manufacturers like Toyota, Nissan and Hindustan Motors – Mitsubishi and has served across different locations within India and also in Middle East Asia.

Born in December 1968, Mr. Mitra completed Post Graduation in Business Management (Marketing) from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkatta; he also holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the North Bengal University.

Mr. Biswaranjan Sen


Vice President – Supply Chain at Unilever Indonesia

Mr.Sen joined Hindustan Unilever in January 2006 as General Manager Operations and in 2008; he became Vice President – Supply Chain. In September 2009 he took up the role of Vice President – Supply Chain at Unilever Indonesia where he leads the supply chain team.

Mr. Sen is responsible for planning, logistics, customer service and manufacturing

His specialities include supply chain operations, supply chain network optimisation, restructuring of supply chains, union negotiations, manufacturing and factory management, S&OP, logistics.

Mr. Prem Thomas


Sr. VP HR, Blue Dart Aviation

With over 30 years of experience in HR, Mr. Thomas started as a Personnel Officer in Best and Crompton Engineering, went on to the Murugappa Group where he worked with Carborundum Universal as Manager HR, thereafter worked as a Senior Manager HR in EID Parry and then joined Rane group as Divisional Manager HR.

Mr. T P Raman


C.E.O - Sundaram BNP Paribas Mutual Fund

Associated with Sundaram BNP Paribas Mutual Fund since its inception in 1996.

Mr. Raman started his career with India’s leading bank - the State Bank of India, and was with them for 31 years.
The key assignments held were:

1) General Manager – SBI Capital Markets Ltd., Chennai

2) General Manager (Operations) SBI, New Delhi - which involved overseeing business growth in north India involving 900 offices and around 5000 personnel.

3) General Manager SBI Capital Markets Ltd. - having responsibilities for merchant banking and project finance for the state of Tamilnadu.

4) Deputy General Manager, HRD having all India responsibility for managing performance appraisals, training and career development of over 50,000 officers. He was responsible for designing and implementing a new performance appraisal system and starting the SBI’s Institute of Information and Communication Management.

He holds a Masters in Commerce & Business and is also a certified associate of the Indian Institute of bankers.

Mr. Mehta has done his Chartered Accountancy and was a gold medallist.

Being associated with JK Group for 25 yrs, earlier he held the postion of VP - Finance and has been Marketing Director for the past 2 yrs.

Mr. Sanjeev Parida


Vice President, Human Resources at Tech Mahindra.

Mr. Parida is presently responsible for HR operations of the Co. globally. He handles the complete life cycle of Tech Mahindra employees and devises HR strategies, systems, processes and policies for the company. He was also a key member of the team which was instrumental in taking over the management control of the erstwhile Satyam Computers (now rechristened Mahindra Satyam). An expert in change management, he is spearheading the integration of both the Cos. by evaluating the HR systems and processes of the Cos. and strategizing the path for seamless integration

Mr. Parida has a career spanning over two decades across diverse industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom and IT. Started his career in the BFSI sector with Punjab National Bank, he has had several notable achievements in his long career handling the entire gamut of Human Resource Management, including setting up HR systems and processes, performance and rewards management, mergers and acquisitions, change management etc.

Mr. Parida holds a Bachelors degree in Physics from Madras Christian College and is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service. An avid trekker, he is also a wild life enthusiast. He enjoys Jazz, Blues, Indian and western classical music in his free time.
