A Masters in Human Resources & a Law Graduate, Mr Verma has over two & half decades of business HR experience with global corporations in start ups, turn around and high growth settings. He has extensive experience in setting up & restructuring companies, managing “change & integration” (equally in M&A) and leading strategic HR. He has been heading HR function for over 15 years, and has been a part of senior management/ leadership team including Corporate Management Committee in Energy & Infra sector.

Prior to joining SPML Infra Limited, he was the Group HR Head for Suzlon Group Non Wind Companies and Management Committee Member of Suzlon Infra Ltd. Sanjay embarked on his journey from being Country HR Director- India for CH2M Hill, a USA multinational with USD 7 billion and a long tenure with L&T Group ( USD 8billion conglomerate) as the Regional HR Head, Head E&C HR (Baroda) concurrently heading HR for three JVECs where he gained proficiency in managing complex talent farming, enhancing the brand & employee engagement and ensuring performance centric culture & growth sustenance through innovative management practices & change management.

Dr. Tanaya Mishra is currently Chief People Officer with ACC Concrete Ltd (Holcim Group of Companies). Prior to this, she was the Head of Human Resources with Shoppers Stop Ltd. Her other assignments have been Head of HR State Bank of India Life Insurance and Director HR Group M. Dr. Mishra has been awarded the most outstanding Young HR Professional for 2008-09 by HRD network in November 2008 and was awarded the HR Leadership Award in the 3rd Employer Branding Awards 2008-09.

Dr Mishra has won many awards for the company’s that she has worked for. To name a few “RMI Roll of Honour for Innovations par Excellence in HR Practices”, “Erehwon” award for Innovative HR Practices, 2007, Amity award for best HR practices for Shoppers Stop Ltd etc. She has PhD in Manpower Planning, a post graduate degree in Human Resources, a post graduate degree from the Delhi School of Economics, LLB and a degree in Training & Development.

Mr. Rajesh Mittal

Mr.Rajesh Mittal is Sr. Vice President and Head Engine Project at VE commercial Vehicles Limited. He is leading the green field project for Euro three to Euro six engine ( new medium duty engine platform) for joint venture company between AB Volvo and Eicher Motors Limited.

Prior to thisMr. Mittal was Vice-President Industry, Eicher Trucks and Buses and a core member of the top management of the parent company, VE Commercial Vehicles Limited. His responsibilities at work ranged from production planning, material sourcing to manufacturing. In addition, the quality and safety of these processes was also under his purview.

Mr. Mittal started his career with Hindustan Motors in 1985. For seven years, he worked in their Greenfield project dealing with engines and transmissions. After that, in 1992, he joined the Eicher group and has served as head of manufacturing at Eicher Engineering Components, Thane before re-locating to Eicher’s commercial vehicles business – Eicher Trucks and Buses.

His education gives him a techno-commercial edge since he is qualified both as a mechanical engineer as well as cost accountant. He has many awards and accolades to his credit, notable among which include the British Commonwealth Scholarship for leadership for the year 1999 and AIMA’s pan India - Best Young Manager award in 1997.

Mr. Rajesh Mittal loves to share his knowledge with the younger fraternity and is a regular speaker at management institutes and supply chain forums. He is also an active member on the committees of educational institutions, the Indian Management Association (IMA) and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).
