As Executive Vice President & Head of HR for the USS$ 450 million Rane Group since 2006, his role spans across all the group companies. As a member of the executive leadership team he drives strategic HR initiatives and partners with business in developing and aligning HR policies and practices to support growth. He focuses on implementing interventions to facilitate leadership development and building organizational capability.

Beginning his career in Steel Authority of India Ltd. as a management trainee, he progressively handled a wide range of assignments in different parts of the country till 2000 when he moved to Mascon Global Limited, an IT company, and then in 2004 to Prasad Group in the entertainment industry as Head of HR. He has extensive experience in HR, IR, Learning & Development, OD and Change Management over the last 25 years.

Mr. Ashish Verma, GM - HR, SK Group, has 17 years of experience in the corporate sector. He has done his Bachelor in Science specializing in Statistics, MBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, also he has done Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from Mumbai University. Mr. Verma has worked closely with SME sector and has played important role of change agent for them. As a catalyst, the role involves development of the employees and subsequently the organisation. Mr.Verma was professionally associated with with Provogue (India) Ltd., SK Group, Benzer World Pvt. Ltd., Mandhana Industries Ltd., Gurukul Online, Neela (India) Pvt. Ltd., Core IT, SSi Ltd., STG International, By virtue of experience, Mr.Verma has specialized in performance management and is a turnaround specialist in SME sector.

Mr. Subodh Kulkarni

Mr.Kulkarni is Director Packaging Materials supply chain in tetrapak.He has done his bachelor’s degree in printing technology from Pune University in 1983. He has vast experience of 21 years in the Industries.

He is with Tetrapak for last 15 years .Since 2006 he is responsible for Packaging Material Supply Chain for Tetra Pak India.
