Mr. Zubin Poonawalla


CEO, GreenLogiNxt

Mr. Poonawalla in his present role is responsible for creating a dynamic supply chain network plan that would include broadening FreightNXT’s logistics & distribution infrastructure footprint country-wide. He is recognised in the industry for his strategy, planning & customer acquisition skills & also for procurement & managing of resources.
Prior to joining GreenLogiNXT he has worked with ARAMEX , J M Baxi, DIESL (A Tata Enterprise) among others.

Mr. Sandeep Mathur

Director of Global Supply Chain, Ingersoll Rand, India

Joined Tata Motors Pune as a Graduate Trainee Engineer in 1988 after passing out from the Delhi College of Engineering. Was in Pune for 5 years before moving on to Tata Motors, Lucknow which was a greenfield plant coming up in 1993. During these years, was part of the Ancillary Development Department and played a keen role in the launch of several new medium, light and utility vehicles.

Joined CNH India in 1997 as part of the sourcing team of their green-field plant coming up at Noida. Was instrumental in the launch of the 70, 55, 42 and 35 h.p. tractors.

In 2003, joined Carraro India. Was the Director of Purchasing for India and China and was responsible for purchasing of 2 plants each in India and China in addition to export of components from these two countries to other Carraro locations. Played a pivotal role in the extremely significant turnover growth of these plants though ensuring volume expansion besides the launch of several new products such as agricultural and construction equipment transmissions and axles, wind-mill gearboxes, skid-steer axles etc.

Mr. Sandeep M Gupta

Regional Supply Chain Director - South Asia- Madura Coats

Out of 15 years of professional career, worked with Coats for last 12 Years, since 1999. Worked in sales and marketing till May 2007, before moving into supply chain. In Sales and marketing, have been Branch Manager in AP, TN and Mumbai before moving into Product Management. Was head of supply chain for Coats India - May 2007 - May 2009. He was made head of Supply Chain for South Asia in May 2009.

He was involved in implementation of SAP and APO in Coats India, during 2007-2008. Has expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and usage of other supply chain tools. Also, manages a supply chain with more than 4000 order lines per day and more than 300,000 SKUs. Has Implemented S & OP process in South Asia with the best practice approach to implementation.
Trained in SAP, APO, Every Angle and BW/BI.
