Mr. Suraj Chettri

Mr. Chettri is from Ranchi, Jharkhand. He completed his Bachelors in Sociology from Ranchi University and PGDPM from XISS in Ranchi where he secured 3rd rank in the Class of 1991 – 1993.      
 He started his career with Bata India and served in the capacity of Assistant Manager – Personnel in their Retail North Zonal Office at New Delhi. He then took up a job with Bosch India (MICO) based out of Bangalore. He left them to join General Motors as General Manager – Human Resources, heading the HR function at General Motors Technical Centre – India, which housed the Engineering Services and the India Science Lab at Bangalore and was part of the Project Leadership Team responsible for setting up their operations in India.
In January 2006 Suraj joined Textron India in Bangalore, India, as Director Human Resources
A year ago Suraj joined EADS – India as Head of HR – India and in his capacity as Director Human Resources is responsible for all EADS HR Operations for EADS, Eurocopter, Cassidian, Astrium and Airbus. Mr. Chettri, has an overall experience of 20 years in the aerospace, automotive sales and marketing and manufacturing sectors and is located out of Bangalore.

Mr. Ravi has been with CRISIL since 1994 and has worked across businesses and corporate functions. He currently oversees the Human Resources function for CRISIL.
Prior to this, Mr. Ravi headed the delivery operations for CRISIL's global research and analytics (GR&A) business which he joined in 2005. He successfully managed operations through a period of rapid growth in the business and was responsible for operations across delivery centres in India, Argentina and Poland.
