Mr. Choudhury has more than 22 years of experience across business, learning & development and human resources. He has worked with various organizations in multiple sectors such as FMCG, Office Automation, Hospitality, IT, Education, Insurance, ITES, Wealth Management and Banking.

As an accomplished facilitator he would have trained more than 15000+ employees and Managers in sales, behavioral and leadership in various organizations.

Mr. Choudhury is a Commerce Graduate with a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Management from University of Mumbai and is currently pursuing his ACC Certification with ICF.  He is also a regular guest faculty with MHROD – Delhi School of Economics and other institutions.

 

Mr. Rishab Mishra

Mr. Mishra is a commerce graduate from University of Delhi and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India, he has over 10 years of experience in investment banking and business advisory.

Over the years Mr. Mishra has worked on a variety of M&A, capital raising and corporate restructuring transactions in multiple industries segments such as Technology & Outsourcing, FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Aviation, etc. Prior to joining Avendus, he has worked with Ambit Corporate Finance and BMR Advisors, both of which are also well known leading Corporate Finance Advisory Firms.

Mr. Surojoy Banerjee

Mr. Banerjee has 37 years of work experience in the field of advertising, outdoor, events & activation, PR, etc. He has headed R K SWAMY BBDO operations in Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai & Kathmandu, Nepal. Mr. Banerjee is a Guest faculty at IIM Calcutta, XIBM Jamshedpur & SIMC Pune.
He is also the Committee Member of the Public Relations Society of India & the Bombay Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Rahul Krishna

Associate Vice President OD & Talent Management, Avantha Group 

Mr. Krishna has over 16 years of work experience in the field of Human Resource & Strategy. Prior to joining the Avantha Group, Mr. Krishna worked with the Tata Group in various capacities. He was the Head of Tata Administrative Services, and was also appointed as the CHRO of Tata Reality & Infrastructure Ltd at the age of 32 which made him one of the youngest CHRO’s of a Tata Group Company. He has also worked with well know multinationals like Coca Cola India, Seagram India, The Taj, The Luxury Palace and Oberoi Group of Hotels. He has won the Golden Globe Award for Innovation for the Second Career Internship program (SCIP) that he launched at Tata Group. He has been a visiting faculty and guest lecturer at many leading B School campuses in India as well as overseas. Mr. Krishna is a Graduate in Russian Hons from the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University and holds a Masters in Personal Management from Pune University.
