Mr. K. S. Harish

VP - HR, Bayer Group India

With industry experience of 19 years across Indian and Multinational companies, Mr. Harish has been working with Bayer group for the last 6 years. Prior joining Bayer group he has worked with companies like Tata Group, Cadbury Cyanamid and Balsara.

He is part of Bayer's APAC region Community Council for HR and also a member of their Country Council and Management Committees of their group companies.

Mr. Harish completed his Masters in Labour Studies from Maharashtra Institute of labour Studies in 1992.

He is also a great sports enthusiast and takes keen interest in Hockey.

Mr. Shammi Dua

Head Logistics and Customer Operations, Akzo Nobel India

A dynamic Supply Chain operations specialist with 12 years of international, corporate consulting & diverse industry experience, Mr. Dua has been working with Akzo Nobel India for the past 6 months.

Prior to that, he was National Manager : Logistics & Customer Operations, Cadbury India where he was responsible for Operations planning & management, Evaluating key value drivers for cost, revenue and margin optimization, Distribution planning for optimum Finished Goods stock; profitable inventory deployment, Strategizing and executing multi modal logistics solutions , Developing 3rd Party Logistics Partners to continuously improve distribution & warehousing KPIs , Negotiating freight rates across the country and setting up tracking mechanisms.

His past experiences also include Reliance Retail, Ariba Inc, KSA Technopak and Mahindra & Mahindra.

Mr. Dua is a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from DayalBagh Educational Institute & MBA in SCM & Operations Management from N.I.T.I.E

He has proven track record in conceiving and implementing smart operations strategies and is known for achieving exceptional results on an accelerated basis.

He is also an invited speaker at various Supply Chain conferences at International and National Levels.

Mr. Praveen Jhanji

Vice President SCM (Project Procurement), ISPAT Industries Ltd.

Mr. Jhanji is a Mechanical Engineer with about 24 years’ industrial experience across various aspects of an enterprise in the Steel Industry with specialization in Projects in setting up of Steel Plant and captive Port from Concept to Commissioning.

Presently, engaged with ISPAT Industries Ltd. for-Project Procurement for major projects Coke Oven, Power Plant, Pellet Plant, Railway Siding, Jetty expansion, capacity upgradation of main Steel Plant to 4.2 million tpa, etc.

He has worked with Essar steel and Karnataka Strips Ltd.
