In his 28years of career Mr. Shipley has been responsible for multiple functions including manufacturing, operations, quality, vendor development, purchase and overall SCM.

Prior to Blue Star he has worked with, ESCORTS, LML, TRACTORS INDIA LTD and TELCO.

Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha

President HR at Hindalco (Aditya Birla Group)

Prior to Hindalco, Mr. Sinha started his professional career as Management Trainee, in SAIL in the year 1980 in Personnel & Human Resources Function.

He obtained his major experience in HR and IR in a leadership role with Tata Timken, a as a Joint Venture between Tata Steel and Timken Corporation of US.

Then joined Hindalco as Vice President – HR at Renukoot.

Mr. Sinha was conferred with the Best HR Professional of the Year Award by National Institute of Personnel Management, Lucknow.

Mr. Sreekanth Arimanithaya

VP and Chief of Human Resource at Britannia Industries Limited

Mr. Arimanithaya joined Britannia on 1st February 2011 as Vice President & Chief of Human Resources. He is also in charge of Information Technology.

He is a passionate HR professional, with a diversity of experience across industries, geographies and roles, having worked with TVS Motors, Phillips, General Electric and Toyota. He joined us from CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates) where he last served as Senior Vice-President - Global HR Operations & HR Business Partner based in the USA.

Mr. Sreekanth is qualified in TQM and Six Sigma and is passionate about the comprehensive role that HR can and must play in delivering business results.
