Mr. Kumar is a Management Trainer and HR Manager with around 12 years of corporate experience in industries as diverse as an MBA College, a Software Company and an Oil Co. He has done his MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, where he also started his professional career as a Faculty in IR. Right now he is working as a Lead Trainer for ONGC. He has trained over three thousand people from all walks of life. He also delivers guest lectures at leading MBA and Engineeering Institutes all over the country. He is also associated with 'Thought International', a training, education and consultancy firm for training executives internationally.
Mr. Kumar has had a brilliant academic record. He is an NTS scholar and topper from IMT Ghaziabad. His hobbies are reading and walking. Of late he has developed an interest in cycling and plans to undertake a tour from Bombay to Delhi with the theme 'Cycling for Positivity'.
