Mr. Paul is among the ‘most influential people in Indian advertising’ - according to the Economic Times survey 2009.He was the National Creative Director of JWT in India in 2007.
He was also the co-founder of ‘rmg david’, the smallest worldwide agency -a part of the Ogilvy GroupHe is the winner of India's first One Show Pencil - in 2002. Since then, he has won almost every Indian and international advertising award. His work for Alpenliebe Lollipop "Lagey Raho' is still one of the most memorable campaigns in India. It is now part of popular lingo. He was recently honored by New York Festivals with ‘the creative achievement award’. He has been the chairman of the jury for Print Craft and Radio at the AAAI Goafest ‘Abby’ awards in India, and a member of the print and film jury at Clios, the Young Guns, New York Festivals and London International.Along with Ajai Jhala (CEO) and a network of Indian talent, Josy is busy setting up
BBDO in India.Within 18 months the BBDO client list reads – PepsiCo, HP, ICI Dulux, Wrigley’s, P&G Gillette, Bayer, Godrej and Aviva Life Insurance.He lives by the philosophy "Think like the navy, deliver like the pirates."
