Mr. K. Ramakrishnan



President Marketing, Cafe Coffee Day.

Mr. Ramakrishnan has been working in the areas of brand building and marketing for a good part of last 16 years.

He has a rich and varied experience in various Companies and has major contributions in brands like - (Kitchenware – Prestige, Tata Tea, Tata Agni, TVS Star, TVS Apache, TVS XL Super, Lenovo Thinkpads, Lenovo Ideapads and Café Coffee Day.

Mr. Ramakrishnan has also spent two years in trying to set up a web enabled services business targeted at expatriate Indians for their service needs in India. This venture was funded by TTK ( a $600 mill business house in India)

His key areas of interest are :

a) Consumer insight mining and resultant Innovation
b) Business Analytics

His Strength lies in connecting with customers in identifying their current latent needs and dissatisfactions with current products/ services that have served as significant inputs to product/ package development.

Apart from work, he take keen interests in Sports and Music and also teaches regularly in B-schools.
