As a professional, he has extensive experience of 30 years plus across a broad range of Corporate/Plant with multinationals and big business Indian groups focussing on Automobiles/ Manufacturing / Media & Publishing/White Goods Industries/Telecom/Textiles/ Aviation/ Infrastructure, etc.
The companies where he has served are Eicher Tractors Ltd, Indian Express Group, Samtel India Ltd, Whirlpool of India Ltd, Bharti Group, Jindal Steel, Aditya Birla Group & GMR Group
Currently working as Director - Corporate HR with LANCO Infrastructure taking care of people processes across the Group.
He is well versed with Infrastructure Industry & its processes to achieve operational efficiencies with customer service orientation approach aligned with commercial acumen.
He has attended various Behavioural & Technical training program during his tenure in organization for his overall development.
