Executive Vice President & Cluster HR Head, South Asia in SiemensStarted his career in 1981, as a Management Trainee in SAIL, Bhilai and left as Senior Manager in 1995. Then, with the Eicher Group from 1995 till 2005 in Indore, Delhi and Chennai in various HR and business roles. Was with Britannia in Bangalore from 2005 to 2008. I have been in the HR function all along except for two line roles as Business Head and Head of an Eye Hospital in Eicher. Was HR Head for ABB from 2008 to 2011.
