Global head of Human Resources, Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting Before joining Wipro he worked for UBS a Swiss bank for 3 years as Ex. Director and Head HR for their off shore captive centre based at Hyderabad.
Mr. Sahay also has an experience in Wipro Technology for 7 years. He has worked for 3 years in The Arvind Mills Ltd a textile and Apparel Company, was involved in green field exercise of building the largest integrated textile mill in Asia.
He started his career with a Government of India enterprise National Thermal Power Corporation.
