Mr. Rakhe is currently working as a senior General Manager SCM & Logistics with Mahindra Navistar.
Mr. Rakhe is associated with Mahindra group for more than 3 decades. Immediately after his graduation, he joined Mahindra & Mahindra as a trainee.
While working for M & M, he completed his Diploma in Management Studies from Jamanalal Bajaj Institute. He also completed Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from IIMM. In 1993, he had an opportunity to get training on BPR from Lucas Engineers & Systems UK. In 1999, he became certified instructor of TPM from JIPM. in 2005 he was trained by Renault in the Renault Production System and he implemented the same successfully in the JV of M & M.
He played a crucial role during BPR implementation and was first Supplies Module Manager of M & M. He was a part of TPM secretariat at Kandivli and facilitated Kandivli team to successfully challenge TPM excellence award. He worked very closely with Satyam Consultants and assisted in transforming the organisation into a Process Centric Enterprise. During his 33 years of association with Mahindra & Mahindra, he has successfully handled various portfolios in the Materials area like Manager Stores and Supplies Module Manager, Head of Supply Chain Management for Scorpio, Xylo, Bolero & Logan & Now heading the SCM & Logistics of HCV & LCV range of products
