Mr. Poddar has vast experience of over 26 years working in various companies. Mr. Poddar is heading the Global Talent Management of Suzlon Energy Limited, the third largest Wind Energy Company in the world having operations across 21 countries ( India, US, Europe, Australia, China etc) and a global employee strength of 14000. He is also heading HR for Suzlon's Technology Division operating across verticals in Pune (India), Hamburg, Berlin, Rostock (Germany) Copenhagen, Aarhus (Denmark) and Hengelo( Netherlands).
