Mr. Soundarranjan is a commerce graduate with PG Dip. in HR and has over 25 years of experience in various organizations like Godfrey Philips, ORG Systems, Unilever and currently with TVS Logistics heading HR. He has worked in various businesses of Unilever in different locations and roles and is highly aligned to the business with deep understanding of its nuances. He has also completed an Executive Program on strategic HR Management and has led a team to receive TPM Excellency Award in Japan in 1996 for a manufacturing site. Mr. Soundarranjan is also a guest faculty in couple of Management schools in Chennai.
