Mr. Praveen Jhanji

Mr. Jhanji is a Mechanical Engineer with about 24 years’ industrial experience across various aspects of an enterprise in the Steel Industry with specialization in Projects in setting up of Steel Plant and captive Port from Concept to Commissioning.

Presently, engaged with ISPAT Industries Ltd. for-Project Procurement for major projects Coke Oven, Power Plant, Pellet Plant, Railway Siding, Jetty expansion, capacity upgradation of main Steel Plant to 4.2 million tpa, etc.

He has worked with Essar steel and Karnataka Strips Ltd.

Mr. Deepak Bharara

Mr. Bharara is a Masters from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) with specialisation in HR & People Management.

Prior to this he has pursued PG Diploma in labour laws from Indian Law Institute with specialisation in labour laws, LL.B from Law Centre II Delhi University with specialisation in Central & State laws and Graduated in Commerce from Delhi University

As a professional, he has extensive experience of 30 years plus across a broad range of Corporate/Plant with multinationals and big business Indian groups focussing on Automobiles/ Manufacturing / Media & Publishing/White Goods Industries/Telecom/Textiles/ Aviation/ Infrastructure, etc.

Currently working as Director - Corporate HR with LANCO Infrastructure taking care of people processes across the Group.

Mr. Rajat Raheja

Rajat Raheja has been with Amdocs since 2001. Rajat is a member of Global HR senior management team and also a part of Senior Management team in India & APAC region.

Rajat heads the Amdocs HR organization in APAC region (covering APAC, China and India HQ).

Rajat has been instrumental in setting up two large operations for Amdocs in Cyprus and in India (Pune & Gurgaon). India operation today is over 6000 employees
