Earlier, he was working as Vice President – HR, with TVS Srichakra Ltd. He has also worked in several well known Organizations such as Walchandnagar Industries. TVS Motor Company, Hosur, Best & Crompton Ltd, Chennai; Apple Finance. etc.

Mr. Venkateshwaran holds a graduate degree in economics from Vivekananda College, Chennai and a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

He is a Certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner from NLP International, USA, and a Certified Quality Manager (conducted by IIQM, Jaipur) A Certified Human Capital Specialist from Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines.

He brings with him an experience of strategic staffing using an integrated psychometric profiling techniques and Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI).

He has also established HR departments and implemented policies for recruitment, retention, and employee development at multi locations. He brings with him a blend of both HR and IR Systems, process & initiatives at organizational, business & operational areas.

Mr. Venkateshwaran is also a keen exponent of Leadership Development through Competency based approach, as well as through mentoring and coaching.

Mr. Venkateshwaran is an active member in the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) and was the Chairman for the Madurai Chapter of NIPM, as well as a contributing member in National HRD Network, Coimbatore Chapter.

Mr. Rajesh Sahay

Before joining Wipro he worked for UBS a Swiss bank for 3 years as Ex. Director and Head HR for their off shore captive centre based at Hyderabad.

Mr. Sahay also has an experience in Wipro Technology for 7 years. He has worked for 3 years in The Arvind Mills Ltd a textile and Apparel Company, was involved in green field exercise of building the largest integrated textile mill in Asia.

He started his career with a Government of India enterprise National Thermal Power Corporation.
