Mr. Durve - Vice President, Corporate Human Resources for Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd which is an Indian multinational with operations Pan India; also has manufacturing and marketing operations for fire products in Dubai . Joined Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd in October 2007 to head the Corporate HR function for the Group Companies. He has Graduated in Commerce and has a Masters degree with specialization in Personnel Management. He has over twenty eight years of relevant HR experience; he is a HR Generalist and has worked in organizations cross industry. He started his career with Crompton Greaves switchgear and motors manufacturing unit at Mumbai, moved on to the Petro chemical unit of Union Carbide India Ltd and after this did a long stint in various capacities with Kodak India Ltd. after which he moved to the core I T sector and joined Invensys Process Systems a software product development company ;In addition to H R he has acquired skills in the area of EHS; Operations management; project management.He believes in leveraging intellectual capital for competitive advantage.
