Director – Operations, Harley-Davidson India
Mr. Yogesh Phogat is the Director of Operations for Harley-Davidson India, where he is responsible for the entire gambit of operations management process. In addition to providing leadership and expertise in the operational management process, his role involves ownership of the complete product flow progression into the Indian market up to the handover point to the dealer, inventory management, coordinating and advising dealer ordering systems and sales planning.
He has formerly held several leadership roles in operations and logistics, including General Manager for Parts and Logistics at BMW India, Country Logistics Manager at Michelin Tyres and similar roles at Sharp Business Systems (Limited) India and UPS Logistics.
With over 12 years of professional experience in managing supply chain projects, working in and with multicultural teams, he is a start-up specialist.
