Global Executive Vice President Human Resource, Godfrey PhillipsMr. Arun Kumar heads the Human Resources Function at Modi Enterprise which is a large diversified group with interests in Tobacco, Tea, Retail, Agro Chemicals.
Mr. Kumar has worked in both Indian and multi-national organizations in various capacities. Before joining Modi Enterprises he was with Escorts JCB . He has earlier worked in companies like Usha Martin, JCT Limited, Hindustan Lever Limited, Eicher and Ballarpur Industries Limited.
He did his Post-Graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XISS, Ranchi. He is a certified MBTI Instructor and has been trained by Peter Block on Empowerment & Consulting skills in the USA and he is also an alumni of Harvard Business School [AMP-175].
