Mr. Nishant Kolgaonkar

Mr. Kolgaonkar has about 18 years of varied experience in the field of Human Resource, Engineering and Entrepreneurship in diverse IT, Construction, Shipping and Logistics industries with demonstrated initiative and success.

After completing his post graduation, Nishant joined Silverline Technologies in their HR dept and later worked in several large MNC organisations. As HR professional his experience has been diversified covering both strategic initiatives and HR operational matters. Throughout his career, Nishant has worked with several leading MNC organisations within India and abroad.

Mr. Tojo Jose

Executive Vice President - Human Resource at Blue Star Limited

Mr. Jose started his career with HPCL where he held responsibilities in the Corporate office as well as Head of HR for North and South Regions. On leaving HPCL, he joined Arvind Mills where he had a stint of 5 years and was designated as Head HR for Textiles Business at the time of leaving Arvind Mills. After Arvind Mills, Mr. Tojo had a stint with Arthur Anderson in Change Management Consulting before proceeding to Middle East where he was Group Chief Human Resources Officer (GCHRO) for Al-Suwaidi Group. Based out of the Holding Company, he was responsible for HR for the 9 companies in the Group, employing more than 10,000 employees, drawn from more than 30 countries. On return to India after a 6 years stint in the Middle East, he joined as Vice President - Human Resouces with Jubilant Energy, where he served for almost 4 years.
