Mr. Khan has over 12 years of experience in diverse industries like Telecom, Advertising and Television. Having worked with blue chip companies like Koshika Telecom (Bought over by Reliance Telecom), Grey Worldwide and Sony Entertainment Television, he has a vast knowledge on media & the ever changing market. He joined MAX in 2002; the year when MAX won ICC Cricket telecast rights at what everybody then considered was a ridiculously high value. In July 2007, he moved to Sony Entertainment Television, the flagship general entertainment channel of the Sony network to spearhead marketing and strategic planning.
Mr. Khan played a key role in bringing ‘consumer’ at the centre of all decision making process across content development, communication design and marketing applications.

As an HR professional, he has worked in different industries like; Manufacturing, Sales & Services, Information Technology and presently associated with Real Estate industry. 
Few Companies to name he has worked in the past are: New Holland Tractors, Canon India, HCL Technologies,  Birlasoft and presently working with DLF Group as Senior Vice President – Human Resources and heading the HR function for the Retail, Commercial and Entertainment Business. Mr. Baxla is based in Delhi and apart from his corporate responsibility; he likes to read on corporate strategy, success stories and best practices in the area of human resources management and share his learning with others to bring in change for overall growth and development.
