Mr. Khan has over 12 years of experience in diverse industries like Telecom, Advertising and Television. Having worked with blue chip companies like Koshika Telecom (Bought over by Reliance Telecom), Grey Worldwide and Sony Entertainment Television, he has a vast knowledge on media & the ever changing market. He joined MAX in 2002; the year when MAX won ICC Cricket telecast rights at what everybody then considered was a ridiculously high value. In July 2007, he moved to Sony Entertainment Television, the flagship general entertainment channel of the Sony network to spearhead marketing and strategic planning.
Mr. Khan played a key role in bringing ‘consumer’ at the centre of all decision making process across content development, communication design and marketing applications.

 In a professional career spanning over 19 years, Ms. Soumi Alphons has passionately advocated change and innovation. Right from the inception of SAS R&D India, Ms. Soumi Alphons has been responsible for developing and guiding SAS' HR vision and articulating the organization's strategy to support the growth of SAS’ R&D center in India. Besides her role in India, Soumi has led the contribution to SAS’ Worldwide Global Career Framework in the role of a Program Manager; a framework that is poised to drive career development in all job functions in SAS.

Ms. Surabhi Mittal

Director HR, Blue Cross Laboratories

Ms. Mittal is a HR professional with 14 years plus experience in this field.She started her career as management trainee in Corporate HR of Usha group of companies in the Talent Management Team focussing on Career progression and performance management. Over the years she has worked in different industries, in Multinational as well as Indian Organisations. After spending 4 years in Colorcon, Surabhi has recently joined Blue Cross as Director Human Resources where she is heading the HR function for the organization.

Mr. Manu Sirauthia

Head Global Learning & OD, BNY Mellon

Mr. Sirauthia currently heads the Learning and Organisational Development function for the Bank of New York Mellon, India. Most of his corporate career has been in the field of Learning and Development and he has a decade of experience in Training, Learning and Leadership Development across Asia, US & UK, in the BPO, Telecom and Financial Services industries. Manu has remained a keen student throughout his career and has undergone in-depth training in multiple areas including Leadership, Competency based selection, Instructional Design, Professional & Life Coaching, Psychometric testing,  Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy, and Consulting.

Mr. Sanjay Baxla

Mr. Sanjay Baxla is an alumnus of XLRI , Jamshedpur (1990 Batch) and for the last 22 years he has been a working professional in the corporate sector both in Multinational organizations & Indian Business houses. As an HR professional, he has worked in different industries like; Manufacturing, Sales & Services, Information Technology and presently associated with Real Estate industry. Few Companies to name he has worked in the past are: New Holland Tractors, Canon India, HCL Technologies,  Birlasoft and presently working with DLF Group as Senior Vice President – Human Resources and heading the HR function for the Retail, Commercial and Entertainment Business. Mr. Baxla is based in Delhi and apart from his corporate responsibility; he likes to read on corporate strategy, success stories and best practices in the area of human resources management and share his learning with others to bring in change for overall growth and development. He loves to interact with student community.
