Ramanan Eswar,a qualified Chartered Accountant from Nov 1982 batch. Born and bought up in Mumbai, after qualification,he had worked 10 years in Britannia leaving them in 1995 as Corporate Manager Accounts and Systems, 5 years in Dupont as Financial Controller handling Accounts,Secretarial, Legal including marketing of a product for one year, before joining Eternit Everest Ltd a listed company as the FInance Director handling Accounts, FInance, Legal, Secretarial and IT based in Delhi during the period 2000 - 2002. Post that he had to return to Mumbai for personal reasons, and have been handing internal audit assignments through M/s B K Khare & CO and since Nov 2007 heading the Internal Audit function for the entire group of S Kumars Nation wide Ltd alimited company having a group turnover of Rs 2200 crores with leading garment brands like Reid & Taylor, Belmonte and foreign brands like Dun Hill and Stephen Bros, besides being a leader in Uniformity sector over the last 50 years.
