With over 30 years of experience in HR, Mr. Thomas started as a Personnel Officer in Best and Crompton Engineering, went on to the Murugappa Group where he worked with Carborundum Universal as Manager HR, thereafter worked as a Senior Manager HR in EID Parry and then joined Rane group as Divisional Manager HR.

Cert Training of Trainers from ILO, Turin, Italy.
Mr. Thomas is a member of ISTD, HRD Network.
He has attended and presented papers at numerous conferences both in India and abroad, and also attended programs conducted by National Training Laboratories, USA.
Also a faculty member for Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Madras School of Social Work, Vaishnav College, Chennai, NIT Management Department, Trichy.
His other Interests are – Wild life, Trekking, Swimming, Theatre, Yoga, Travel, Games like cricket and shuttle, Music Reading & Keeping fit
