Mr.J.D. Kulkarni, is a COO, in Tata Power Trading Company. He is B.E. (Electrical)-From V.R.C.E. Nagpur in 1975.and has done his M.Tech.( PAS) From I.I.T. Bombay in 1977.He joined Tata Power Company in 1977. He Established and Headed Regulatory group & Power procurement group for Mumbai city and joined Tata Power trading Company about three years back. He is a member of Institution of Engineers, India. He is a Member of CIGRE India, a working group on power system operation and control. He has worked as a Member on the committees investigating gird disturbances in western region, formulating Black start procedure and under frequency load shedding scheme for the western region.
