Rajat heads the Amdocs HR organization in APAC region (covering APAC, China and India HQ).
Rajat has been instrumental in setting up two large operations for Amdocs in Cyprus and in India (Pune & Gurgaon). India operation today is over 6000 employees
His breadth of expertise and knowledge covers a wide spectrum of Human Resources Management area including Organization restructuring, Change management, HR systems, Leadership Development, Compensation and Benefits management, HR processes and policies, Competency Mapping etc.
An Electronics engineer and MBA, HR (Gold Medalist) from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Rajat’s professional history encompasses several leading positions with organization including BPL systems, Tata Telecom, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and erstwhile Arthur Andersen.
