A dynamic Supply Chain operations specialist with 12 years of international, corporate consulting & diverse industry experience, Mr. Dua has been working with Akzo Nobel India for the past 6 months.
Prior to that, he was National Manager : Logistics & Customer Operations, Cadbury India where he was responsible for Operations planning & management, Evaluating key value drivers for cost, revenue and margin optimization, Distribution planning for optimum Finished Goods stock; profitable inventory deployment, Strategizing and executing multi modal logistics solutions , Developing 3rd Party Logistics Partners to continuously improve distribution & warehousing KPIs , Negotiating freight rates across the country and setting up tracking mechanisms.
His past experiences also include Reliance Retail, Ariba Inc, KSA Technopak and Mahindra & Mahindra.
Mr. Dua is a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from DayalBagh Educational Institute & MBA in SCM & Operations Management from N.I.T.I.E
He has proven track record in conceiving and implementing smart operations strategies and is known for achieving exceptional results on an accelerated basis.He is also an invited speaker at various Supply Chain conferences at International and National Levels.
