Director (Human Resource & Total Quality Management) for Hero Group of Companies and Whole Time Director of Hero Corporate Service Limited.
With an association of more than 15 years with Hero group, Mr. Bhasin leads initiatives for attraction, acquisition, engagement, learning & development, culture building, motivation schemes, reward & recognition schemes, productivity schemes for its employees. He has also been involved in setting up HR functions for new units being setup in manufacturing & service areas by Hero Group and has led initiatives for downsizing, ramping up, and closure of various division/companies.
As Whole Time Director of Hero Corporate, he looks after HR, Administration, IT, accounting, company secretarial & other legal compliances.
Prior to joining Hero group Mr. Bhasin has worked with Engineers India Limited and National Productivity Council.
