Director - Human Resources
Mr. Sandeep Tyagi comes with about two decades od experience in the industry after completing his MBA from Faculty of Management studies, Delhi University. Along the way, he has had HR stints with bigwigs like NTPC Ltd., as a Senior Personnel Officer, Automotives Ltd as HR manager, Sony India as Corporate HR manager, Xerox as Deputy General Manager and, Bharti Airtel Limited as General Manager HR.
In
2006, Mr. Tyagi left Bharti Airtel Ltd and joined Haier Appliances as director
Human resources and he handles the entire gammit of Talent
Acquisition, Talent Retention and Talent Development for Haier India.
He is
also responsible for designing, Planning and Development of HR policies &
strategies for the group in India.
