Mr. Deshpande has over 30 years experience in industry in functions/ sub functions of human resources management / development and organization development. Though Human Resources Management and Development has been his forte, he has also worked as head of a manufacturing plant for a brief period. In the span of 30 years he worked in large multinational organizations as well as large Indian organizations namely – Bayer India, Bombay Dyeing group, KEC International (of RPG Group), Kansai Nerolac, Bajaj Electricals and Greaves Cotton. He has been head of HR in large, pan India organizations for past 20 years.
