In
a professional career spanning over 19 years, Ms. Soumi Alphons has
passionately advocated change and innovation. Right from the inception of SAS
R&D India, Ms. Soumi Alphons has been responsible for developing and
guiding SAS' HR vision and articulating the organization's strategy to support
the growth of SAS’ R&D center in India. Besides her role in India, Soumi
has led the contribution to SAS’ Worldwide Global Career Framework in the role
of a Program Manager; a framework that is poised to drive career development in
all job functions in SAS.
