He has 18 years of experience inIndian and Multinational Companies. Mr. Soin heads the Human Resources function for Fortis Healthcare Limited in the capacity of ‘Chief People Officer’ looking after all areas of Human Resources like HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition & Management, Training & Development, HR Policy and Process Formulation, Compensation & Benefits as well as driving the Engagement Strategy.
