^{Mr. Gogte  has worked on various Personnel & HR assignments in Godrej & Boyce, Tata Power Co, Johnson & Johnson and Wartsila Diesel from 1974 to 2000, before he  joined the ISB, Hyderabad, as Director - Career and Alumni Services. Thereafter, Mr. Gogte  returned to Mumbai with the S P Jain Center of Management  as VP Corp Relations for their campuses at Dubai and Singapore, before returning to HR and is currently with Adfactors PR Pvt Ltd, Mumbai since mid-2007. Mr. Gogte has pursued his post graduation in Personnel management and industrial relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.}
