Mr. Walekar has Graduated in Science (B.sc) and done Masters from Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (MILS).He started his career with IPCA Laboratories as a trainee and has till date worked in Raheja Group of Hotels as Manger –HR,Rhone Poulenc (previously known as May & Baker),AFL as Industrial Manager and then National Manager-HR,Jetair 4 yrs,DHL Logistics as Sr. General Manager – HR for 4 yrs, NYK Logistics for 4 yrs And from 2010 till date with Mahindra Logistics as Head IR.
