Director HR, Nokia
Mr. Baishya has a rounded HR exposure of over 15 years covering areas of
Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Employee
Relations and Communications. He has had led HR in Regional offices as well as in
the Corporate set up. Prior to
Nokia Mr. Baishya has served as the Head Talent planning & acquisition at
Infosys & TATA Motors. Mr. Baishya has been with Nokia for over 2 yrs as
the Director HR. He has completed his Post graduation in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and is also a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur.
