Mr. Mishra is a commerce graduate from University of Delhi and
a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India, he has over 10
years of experience in investment banking and business advisory.
Over the
years Mr. Mishra has worked on a variety of M&A, capital raising and
corporate restructuring transactions in multiple industries segments such as
Technology & Outsourcing, FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Aviation, etc. Prior to
joining Avendus, he has worked with Ambit Corporate Finance and BMR Advisors,
both of which are also well known leading Corporate Finance Advisory Firms.
