Mr. Ravi has been with CRISIL since 1994 and has worked across businesses and corporate functions. He currently oversees the Human Resources function for CRISIL.
Prior to this, Mr. Ravi headed the delivery operations for CRISIL's global research and analytics (GR&A) business which he joined in 2005. He successfully managed operations through a period of rapid growth in the business and was responsible for operations across delivery centres in India, Argentina and Poland. Under his leadership, CRISIL GR&A was voted the best firm in high-end financial research and analytics, in a survey by the Black Book of Outsourcing. Mr. Ravi was Head of Research at CRISIL Research from 2000-2004. He started his career with CRISIL in the Ratings business in 1994, where he eventually headed Corporate Ratings.
