Mr. Shirodkar is a Fellow in Personnel Mgt & Industrial Relations from IIM Calcutta & M.A in Industrial & Organisational Strategy from University of Mumbai.
Prior to joining General Motors, he was the Chief People Officer at Onida and was also associated with VVF, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens Ltd, Atul Limited & HCL
His Specialities include HR Management, Training & Developement, Competency & Performance management, Career & Sucession Planning , Union Negotiations, Employee Relations, Labour Relations.
Mr. Shirodkar was Awarded “Innovative HR Practices that drive Business Results” National recognition at hands of President of India and Named in Hot 40 HR Superstars in Asia by HCA, Singapore. He was also Conferred the INDIRA Super Achiever Award 2007.
