Mr. Ranjhan, has a rich experience of 26 years in HR
leadership roles. He is fluent in Japanese also and his work has been published
extensively in Japan and India. He is a regular contributor to business
journals and an avid case writer. His book, “No Right Answers”, has been
published by Leadstart in January 2012 and selling on Amazon, ebay, Flipkart,
Oxford, Landmark and others.
He started his career with Wipro Information Technology in Sales and Marketing functions and thereafter moved to a Management, HR Role with which he spearheaded many large consulting assignments with organizations like SAIL, NTPC, MTNL etc. He also served as a corporate HR to the Thapars Group for five years.
