Mr. Jaishankar holds an MBA - HR from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi and also boasts of certifications in world - class People Development practices from BELBIN, Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL), American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and SHL (UK).
He is driven by a bone deep belief that Business IS People. He is a passionate teacher, trainer, coach and mentor who has leveraged People Development for Business Development in his span of thirty years career with Eureka Forbes, Whirlpool, Dell and TVS Group.
Serving TVS Motors since 2009, Mr. Jaishankar partners with Sales, Service and Marketing heads in embedding People Development processes as a sustainable competitive advantage in both, the internal (TVSM) and extended (Dealer) organizations.
