Mr. Vinod Varghese has over 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and has worked in different industries with organizations such as Colt Technology Services, Ernst & Young, HSBC and Shaw Wallace & Company. He has worked with the senior leadership of organizations in the areas of Employee Relations, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management, HR Communications, Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
He has done is Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata and then went on to do his PGDPM from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. He is currently working as the Senior General Manager - Human Resources and HR Business Partner Head for 3M India.
