Mr. Anil Sinha started his professional career as a Management Trainee in SAIL in the year 1980 in Personnel & Human Resources function. He has served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration in Timken India Limited and has also been heavily responsible for the Supply Chain function of the company.
He worked as the Vice President - Human Resources of of Hindalco and was also involved in the due diligence process, the acquisition of Novelis by Hindalco. He currently serves as the Chief People Officer of Chemical, Fertilizer and Insulator business of Aditya Birla Group.
