Mr. Sar has a Bachelor's Degree with honors in Chemistry, a Diploma in Pharmacy and Masters in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He is a trained facilitator and a certified trainer. Using his business insights clubbed with HR exposure, he has done extensive work in areas of Performance Development, Leadership Development and Organizational Development across sectors with large MNCs and Indian organizations.
With 24 years of experience spanning geographies and industries in India, Rituraj joined Lupin from IBM. Mr. Sar has been awarded for his sterling contribution to People Development by the magazine - The Human Factor. Under his leadership, Lupin has also earned the rank of No. 1 Biotech and Pharma company in India as per Great Places to Work Survey conducted in partnership with Economic Times in 2012.
He currently serves at Lupin heading the Learning & Development function.
